IC card purchase in Haneda town

Hi,
I'll be arriving late at night in Haneda and staying in one of the nearby hotels.
Do you know if I'll be able to buy a Pasmo/Suica at one of the Keikyu stations (Anamori-inari, Otorii) or some other place in the area (store, Post office?) without backtracking to the airport?
Or should I just use cash on the Keikyu and get the IC card in a major Tokyo station?

You can purchase PASMO at KEIKYU(rail company) regular ticket vending machine.
But I don't know arrival time of yr flight, so you will take only a taxi if you can not take the last train,
you should prepare more JPY if so. (enough 5000Y, including next morning foods and drinks)

If have enough time until last train, you can purchase PASMO fr 1000Y at HND.
However, since the deposit 500Y is included, if the left SF/stored fare 500Y is used up, it must be recharged.

Basiclly, we can not get a new PASMO(or similar ones) at store and post office.
Only Suica at JR-EAST's convenience store "NEWDAYS/KIOSK" and in their stns is possible, though.
