Can I leave Kaitatsu Club?

I'm at a Kaitatsu Club right now and I'm a little confused. I need to send my pocket wifi back. Can I leave my stuff at Kaitatsu and just step out to the post office real quick then come back? Also, where do I put my plate after finishing the meal I ordered for my booth?
