spouse visa renewal period of waiting

I applied for renewal of visa yesterday.
My husband prepared all the documents.
My visa will expire on july. Last year i applied for spouse visa, I got one year.
I am wondering what is the most comon that people get for second time ... I really wish to get 3years.
How long is period of waiting.

If your marriage is real and both of you have a stable income and paying taxes so normally you will get 3 years extension on your 2nd time renewal in some cases people get it on Ist renewal and in some cases it takes 4 to 5 time renewal.

Waiting period will be same as last time you applied.

Multiple one years is normal at the start for your first few. But depends on how solid your relationship and finances are.

Last time we waited about 7weeks ,that was first time waiting time for coe,after that i asked for visa at japanese embassy in my country, it took 1week.
This time is for first time renewal, i really wish it takes just a week or two.

System has been changed and getting a 3 years is not so common anymore.
Normally it is 1+1+3 even there is a possibility of 1+1+1+1+1+3.
But it is also possible to get 3 years. you just have to wait till you pick up the renew card.

The waiting time takes as long as it needs with a max around 3 months but can take longer pending how busy it is at immigration and/or if there are additional questions.

I applied at osaka immigration, probably many people ask for visa there, so no chance it process quickly (sigh)
our marriage is 100% we are inlove that is why we got married.

Renewal takes one week or two taking more than a Month is not normal and about 3 years question please share UA your experience after you got renewed because it depends on case by case .

Tomorrow it gonna be 1week since I applied for the renewal of spouse visa.
I am still waiting.... Very nervous
I am even more nervous now because today my husband had fight with his boss so he is thinking to quit his job :x
I am wondering if that can affect getting the visa.
Do imitation call and check???

i know i shouldnt overthink, but i feel so much stress that i can not stop thinking.

My spouse visa extension took 3 weeks for result. Its normal. It will come next week. Even if your husband quit job, its no problem.

Itvis relieving to know quiting job doesnt affect.

Im from Nagoya. Losing husbands job doesn't matter. You can show saving. Location job is not problem as long as your marriage is real. You will get three years visa if you give all docs match and if there is no minus points.

there is no guarantee for 3 years visa. It is a possibility

I have received a postcard from immigration today, but I am not sure if that means i got visa or stil....

Dies the post card say something about paying 4000 yen? That should indicate that you git your visa.
Anyway you need to go there and will find out soon.

the postcard is the one they gave me at immigration to write my adress.
on the back side where 4000 yen is written, it is check by pen.
seem like to mean pay 4000yen
also they ask to bring passport with the document the inserted on it.
Also they say deadline is june 19.
My husband readed it, he say seem like i got the visa.
but is there any other steps to do after getting this postcard, or when i will go i pay and get my visa rightaway?

No. You don't get visa, you get an extension of your resident status. Congratulation.
A postcard with mentioned of 4000 yen ticked normally mean your application for extension has been approved.

Do note the date on the postcard where it mentioned until when you need to visit immigration office.

Should be the same standard postcard/procedure for renewal of resident status.

Just bring whatever stated on the postcard , normally should be
* Post Card
* Passport
* Resident Card
* Application receipt (normally stapled on your passport 'APPLICATION' stamp page)
* Revenue Stamp 収入印紙 (4000yen)

Get the revenue stamp at convenience store or nearest post office before you go to immigration office.
