I need help to arrange my destination

So far I plan for my 12 days to Japan, around December
Oskaa, kyoto, back to osaka 2 days, then go mount fuji, gotenba Tokyo, after it go to Tokyo for 3 days, and Shirakawa go 2 days, then Tokyo for till end.
Is my plan good? I plan more using Jr pass, but I don't know it is good or not.
My meal I more like save from 711 but want taste some good food too.

Itinerary is horrible.
Two times in Osaka. Two times in Tokyo.
Shirakawago is between Kyoto and Tokyo.
