Hi.. I want to travel to Sunflower Village this July, the back to Sapporo. But I'm not sure to use the high speed bus from Hokuryu High School to Sapporo Terminal. Do I need to make any reservation for the bus riding? Thanks in advance.

No, reservations are not possible on that bus. You just board, take a small ticket (which proves where you boarded) and then pay the fare when exiting the bus, as explained here: https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2015.htmlThe fare is 1850 yen one way.
