Buses around tourist attractions in Furano?

So I am thinking of going on a day trip from Sapporo to Furano. However, I don't have a car and was wondering the best way this could be accomplished. However, does anyone have any experience with this bus? Does it only leave once in the morning from JR Furano station? I'm thinking of just doing a day trip to Furano and back to Sapporo, but would be worried about making it in time for 10:15 am departure. And, it says that they stop selling tickets once its full, I'm wondering how crowded these buses get. For reference, we are going next week and any advice on bus services in Furano would be much appreciated, thank you!
