Hi,
I am asking how to take Tokyo Metro from Nakano station and then Airport train to Narita or Haneda airport. I am new to Tokyo and would like to find a short cut from all of you. Thanks.

The two routes are quite different, and in both cases I would not take the metro. Also, for Narita there is a cheap option and more expensive options. Have you tried http://www.hyperdia.com/en/ for train schedules/routes?
To Haneda one of the easiest is by limousine bus.
