I am planning to Japan and will be staying near Nakakomono Station. Will travel frequently Komono , Nagoya area. Can anyone please suggest me which prepaid transportation card should i buy?

For Kintetsu, buy 回数券(回数券カード, not IC card, 3 types) if no need commter pass(定期券).

After Kintetsu-Nagoya, use ICOCA
that works in manaca (Nagoya city subway, bus and Meitetsu Railway lines mainly)
and TOICA(JR Central rail only) area is the easiest.(no big discount, but)

And, btw Nakakomono and Komono is not so far, walk around 15 min or buy a bicycle easier.
Open the Google Maps and use street view, no hard slopes.

You buy whatever is available to you in the first city you visit.
