phone call from ministry of justice office

I faced my final interview on January, 2019, final submission on February, 2019.
I have got a phone call from ministry of justice office. They just asked me if there is any change like travelling, work, visa status or others. I told them there is no change.
Then, they told me, please wait a while. Within one month result will come.
What is the meaning of this phone call? Positive?

But i see my name in kanpou list.
what is this means? is my application successfull?

Hi I think that�fs a positive sign of the result if you said your name is on the kanpou list. Btw may I ask about your situation in Japan (how long have you lived/worked/studied here, what kind of visa are you on) I�fm also thinking about applying for citizenship so your information is greatly appreciated.
