My company sponsored me a 3 year VISA this year. I just want to ask if ever I move to another company in the future, and my 3 year VISA needs to be renewed. will it remain 3 years VISA or will it return to 1 year VISA again?

Also it depends on how long the new company wants to hire you for (how many years of employment they offer you).
