health insurance 2019/9/23 08:36
I am currently included in my husband health insurance, it's been few weeks i am having part-time job, I told to my umployer I wanna keep using my husband's health insurance as my salary is small, around 60000yen.
But I am thinking to increase hours of work so I will get payed more, but I wish to keep my current health insurance.
What is the maximum salary that I will be forced to have my own health insurance?
If I earn more than 100000yen, will I be forced to have my own?

In order to keep being dependent to your spouse health insurance,
you must not earn more than \1.3 million/year ( or roughly \109,000 a month).
Normally they will check/refer to your total yearly income to decide whether your are eligible.
