Will the introduction of a new consumption tax to be introduced in October .. apply to public transport?..in particular Shinkansen fares?... what will be the fare on Nozomi Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima please.. thank you

Yes. And all the train companies already have noticed and announcement and tables with the new pricing.
