Hi, wefre planning to go to Japan for our honeymoon from 1 - 13 december. And wefre looking to do onsen with a nature (maybe mountain) view. And ski also, is it snow already in early Dec? And is there any recommendation of Ryokan with the best view?
We also thinking about travel to Sapporo /hokkaido, but is it the best decision when we are only have 12 days? If itfs not, then we wefre looking to hear any place recommendation near Tokyo, Shirakawa-go, Kawaguchi or Osaka? Because Wefre planning to go there.

Have you considered Shiga Kogen in Nagano? It has one of the longest seasons and tends to open in early December. It's quite easy to reach since you can take the shinkansen to Nagano and then take a bus to the ski area.
