Same day of purchase from Narita Airport?

I want to use my JR Tokyo wide pass immediately on the same day that I will purchase it at the airport. I want to board narita express to reach Tokyo city. Is this possible? I know narita express has reserved seats only. If Ifm not yet in Japan, how can I purchase Tokyo wide pass so I can reserve seats (and activate it as soon as I arrive at the airport) ?

You cannot. The rail staff must see your non-Japanese passport (a physical object) to verify eligibility.
