Hokuriku Arch Pass + singles vs JR Pass

We are travelling the new Golden route demonstrated by Sam Evans in your website video. The question is: should we get a Hokuriku arch seven day pass and then pay For single journeys from Kyoto - hakone then hakone to Narita airport.
Or can we use the 14 day JR pass for all the journeys?
