Hakone and Mt. Fuji on Fuji Hakone Pass

Hi
I'd like to go to Hakone for 1 day, sleep, then directly from there travel to Gotemba and to Subashiri Trail and climb the Fuji, on third day walk down and travel further.
Will the combination of JR pass and Fuji-Hakone Pass be adequate or would JR Pass with only Hakone Pass be enough?
I can't find any info if the Hakone-Gotemba-Subashiri 5th Station section of the trip would be covered by Fuji-Hakone Pass.
