Can WHV applications be resubmitted?

My WHV application was rejected after I disclosed I have a job lined up even though Ifll still be travelling. Has anyone successfully resubmitted an application after removing that detail?

Contact Japanese embassy of your home country. In my country we wait 3 months for re submitted application.
