Hello to everyone I am a 25 years old girl I have spouse resident status but unfortunately our relationship not going well I decided to change status from spouse to language student I have another gurontor and I have Japanese n5 certificate which is both the minimum requirements for student visa my question is that will it be approve? What u think about this decision?

First of all, sorry to hear about your situation.
So you have a spouse visa which means you are married. How long do you have the spouse visa?
Are you planning to go study? Are you not able to get long term visa?
When you change the visa make sure you are complying with the rules which come with the visa you want to apply.

Hello thanks for ur answer we are married for a year and half we don't have children so I think I m not eligible for long term.
