Reenter Japan after 2 months, same company

Hello everyone!

I have searched the forum for an answer to my question but I couldn�ft find what i am looking for so I hope this somebody can help me.

I have been working in Japan for 5.5 years and my visa(specialist in humanities) is still valid until June 2020.
I also obtained a permission for activities beneath my visa category for entertainment, but this permission is linked to my visa itself and just an „add-on�g.

Now I left Japan a week ago and quit the company by the end of October.
The point is that I will come back to Japan and be with the same company again starting from the end of January 2020(2-3months after leaving this time). I also kept my zairyu card.

I have done the kaigai tenshutsu todoke at the kuyakusho, paid all my taxes and terminated the contract of my apartment. At the kuyakusho they told me that they�fre gonna inform the Immigration Bureau about my leaving and that I don�ft have to give any notice by myself but to be honest I doubt that a bit...

My question is, if I return to the same company after 2 months would I still have to give notice that my contract is finished for now and register again when I come back?

As I�fm gonna live in Europe as well as in Japan from next year due to family reasons I have a lot of questions regarding that issue too... but I�fm gonna start a new question for that one.

Yes, you have to inform immigration within 2 weeks about terminating a job and about starting a new job. Not doing so could theoretically have a bad impact on your next visa renewal process. That's the theory.
