Does anyone know if it is possible to make a trip with the NEX Tokyo Round Trip Ticket from Tokyo to Narita Airport and a round trip from Narita Airport to Tokyo?

Yes,it is permitted.
Also ,narita to Tokyo Limousine bus fare =900 yen,super cheap.

Roy, are you sure?
In any case, the ticket is available only at Narita Airport stations (both terminals), so I suggest the OP to check when purchasing. It is simply assumed that people arriving at the airport uses it when traveling into Tokyo upon arrival, then returning to Narita within 14 days.
