Is it still possible to get the bus ticket?

I have to go to Fukuoka urgently this weekend, but I can't get a day off for the next day so I'm thinking to go back via night bus. When I want to make reservation, the website mention that there's no seat available.
My question is :
1. If I go to the bus terminal, is it still possible for me to get the night bus ticket?
2. If I can't get it, I'm thinking to use another bus. This bus will arrive at around 2am. Is there a place I can stay until 5am? I'm not looking for a hotel, just a place to sit down until the first bus to my home come.

So much information is missing
If the website (no idea which site) mention it is full than it may be so.
If you want to take another bus (no idea which bus) you can search for it.
Where will the bus arrive? You can search some places close to the area where your bus stops
