Hi there!
We are considering making a stop at Tokachigawa to view Rapeseed Flower and Obihiro (for lunch), on route From Chitose Airport to Lake Akan. I seek advise on where we can view Rapeseed in Tokachigawa and any recommendations for lunch in Obihiro please??
