From Hitachi Seaside Park to Ashikaga Flower Park

Take the bus from the park to Katsuta Station, then the JR Joban Line from Katsuta to Tomobe (or Mito), then the JR Mito Line to Oyama and then the JR Ryomo Line to Ashigaka Flower Park:
