Shinjuku to Kawazu then to Nebukawa

I plan to visit Tokyo for 5 days in mid February and below is the itinerary：
1st day - shinjuku
2nd day - shinjuku station to kawazu （to see sakura）and then to nebukawa station in the evening
3rd day - nebukawa/odawara station to Tokyo
4th day - Tokyo to roppongi / ikebukuro
5th day - Tokyo
I am a bit confused of the various trains and schedules to kawazu and then to nebukawa station. Also，is it good to buy the JR Tokyo Wide pass？ any advice/suggestion？
