I am fulfilling Lum Sum Withdrawal form and I don't know what is the difference between:
Your Basic Pension Number
基礎年金番号 ―
Your registration number for each pension system
各制度の記号番号
Where I can find these two numbers?

you only have 基礎年金番号.
各制度の記号番号 : when you are very old, the system was different. in that case, you already received your 基礎年金番号. but, some person might fail to get the new 基礎年金番号. this column is provided for such persons.
