How can I change my technical intern trainee visa to engineering visa after I finish my contract in 3 years could be it possible to change the visa status? What should be do to get an engineering visa thank you

I worked on engineer visa for 7 years here. Yes you can change if you have a sponsor company and they are ready to hire.

if you mean 技能実習, it is not easy, because you are in trainee (not in work).
