Experiences with online-only banks?

Hello, I am curious to get your thoughts about having an online-only bank account in Japan. Does anyone here who is residing in Japan could share any experience and/or any pain points when dealing with an online-only banks? I came across a Sony Bank ( https://moneykit.net/en/guide/) and interested to understand if this can be a good choice for a financial institution (the primary functions that I want from a bank is to have an account where salary can be deposited and to be able to take money out from time to time).

I got a housing loan from Sony bank 15 years ago and so far so good.
Both of two main banks are online banks. No problem at all.

Oh, sorry. It's "my" two main banks.
The other one is Sumishin SBI Net Bank.
