Can my current employer cancel my ICT visa?

This year my current employer here in Philippines issued me an ICT(Intra Company Transferee) visa for 1year validity to work in our mother company in Japan. I entered Japan last February 3, 2020 and get back to Philippines last June 2, 2020. Just this December 2020, I was offered for a new position by different company in Japan but same line of work. The new company in Japan wants to use my ICT visa to re enter Japan before its expiry. Then just change it to working visa once I get there in Japan. Will my current company here in Philippines cancel my ICT visa? Or it is only the Japan embassy who has the power for the cancellation? Thank you in advance for replying to my concern.
