If you want the gjohyouh – the former gjuminhyoh where you used to be a part of, with the record that youfve been removed from that record – you should be able to get it. Just be sure to take all ID you can bring with you. Since you are no longer on that gjuminhyo,h the city hall might be extra careful about your identification.
(It would be like a local who used to live in city A but moved to city B, so did the "move-out" notification and got removed from that record, but for some reason need the former record from city A.)
