About spouse visa 2021/1/4 21:54
I am from Pakistan and now living in Dubai doing job as a office manager. I met with Japanese girl we live together in Dubai. She converted in Islam and we got married at Dubai court. We can't live permanently in Dubai because she doesn't has permanent visa of Dubai. She was living in Malaysia for last 7 years. Amd we have age difference. Now we decided to live in japan permanently. Can we apply for spouse visa of japan? Or any other condition?

Is your wife still a Japanese citizen? If so then she has a legal right to live in Japan, and you can apply for a spousal visa.

The key word here is "apply." Whether or not you'll be granted one will depend on factors such as how long you've been married at the time you apply, your savings, and your economic prospects/plan for when you arrive in Japan.

Yes you can apply. There should be no issue if everything is above board. The two main things are proving financial stability and that the marriage is legitimate. It's potentially a bit misleading to say that how long you have been married is a deciding factor since many people get married then apply for the visa only days later, and are accepted. Immigration will care more about how long you have known each other than how long you have been married.
