visa and online covid re-entry permission

I am an afghan national, having a residential visa along with work permit of japan. I left left japan with a 4 months covid re-entry permission. My question is, is that re-entry permission still valid or can I enter the country with same permission? Validty of re-entry till February 14.Regards

Yes, residents of Japan can still re-enter Japan. But there are several requirements which you better inform yourself about in detail in advance, such as the requirements of a recognized negative test result and quarantine.

there is the possibility that the expiry date of your re-entry permit may be extended, because of the virus crisis. ask Japanese embassy in Afghanistan.
