How do I move to Japan at 16?

I want to move to Japan to study at Tokyo Animation College. My parents are okay with it. I've heard that it's possible to move there ( although not recommended ) but what should I do make to make the option available to me?

From who?
You would be a minor, unable to do many things - like getting accommodation, a bank account, where are you getting money to live. Do you speak/read Japanese?
