How to get into Business Analytic Field

Hello everyone, I had some questions.
I have a growing interest in the business and financial analysis sector. I would like to ask how the Japanese business field differs from the West regarding this field. Are there any extra requirements aside from Japanese skills? Is Harvard's online pre-MBA program ( CORe) respected or should I consider an MBA program in Japan? ( like Globis )
