Can i apply for student visa again?

My coe got rejected for okinawa and reason was due to more student in the school or class i guess. So can i apply for student visa again for another place?? Please i am in big tensan right now can someone please tell me..

Did you get to hear the exact reason? "Due to more students in the class" sounds like it has something to do with the school, not with your application itself?
All conditions equal, you can apply after six months. (So if the reason was for example something like you didn't have enough savings, then you can apply again for the same status after six months, if nothing has changed. Or if you have significantly more savings to show, you an apply within 6 months.) But if the reason is "more students in the class," that sounds like something was not right with the school.
