Hello guys i just received my residence card with 6 month i made refugee application and i got desiignted activity visa and they keep renew it every 6 month i was wondering if i wanna travel to other countries as a vacation and came back will the imigration give me the right to travel outsiide japan?

If you are on a refugees status. I'd be more worried about keeping that status in your current residental country and whether you get entry into another country.
If you can jet set accross the globe, you clearly dont need refugee status.
And no other country will want to allow you in just in case you claim refugee status there.
