International Ferry Services Open?

Hi there,
I am looking to travel to either Korea or Russia via boat/ferry/cargo ship in the next 30 days.
Seems that all ferry services are suspended? Have emailed many different websites but haven't gotten any replies.
I assume that there are ships going between the countries, but I wonder how to get onto one of them.
Any help greatly appreciated!

At present japanese border is closed for tour ist. So ferry service also closed.
We hope from 2022 japan will open its border
