Japanese immigration sticker, untill

Hi all,
So the immigration sticker contains a "date of permit" and an "untill" date. Imagine my untill date is Sept. 18 2022- do I have to leave Japan before Sept. 18 2022 or can I leave on Sept. 18 2022?

You are permitted and granted to stay in japan until september 18, 2022.you can leave that date,no problem.
If you want to leave before sep 18,2022 ,you can Leave.
