I have lived in Japan for more than a year and have decided to move to Australia now. However i will still be working with my current japanese company. And as my company does not have a base in Australia, i will on payroll of my current Japanese firm. Now question is how much tax do i need to pay to Japanese government. Will I be getting any discount on medical and pension scheme as well as i will not be using these facilities anymore.

the answer may depend on case by case. ask your company. they must know it.
