Permanent Residency Form (employment section)

I have two incomes. One is from working for the city part-time, the other is my own English school part-time. I earn a little more from my own school, and work about the same number of hours in each (20 a week).
In the employment section, do I list my city job, my private job, or do I list both? The section only asks for a single place of employment, but given that each job accounts for half of my income, I feel it's necessary to list both.
