Whats the URL for Toyosu Market Fish Auction?

I have read a bunch of websites about the registration process for the Toyosu Market Fish Auction and their seems to be a website for Japanese people and one for foreigners. The foreigner website I have the link (below) to doesn't seem to work. Is there another website address I should be using?

Anyone know what happened to the foreigner version I was referencing? I am trying to fill out the Japanese version of the form (by using Google Translate) and am finding it almost impossible to move beyond the application page. I keep erroring out but it's not telling me exactly what I am doing wrong.

Perhaps it's an issue with my name? What is the difference between these two?

姓名を全角漢字で入力してください。
Please enter your first and last name in full-width kanji

セイメイを全角カナで入力してください。
Please enter Seimei in full-width kana.

After confirming, it seems that it is okay to enter katakana（カタカナ） for both.
You only need to know how to read katakana, so please translate your name with translation software and enter it.
For example, in the case of Michael Jackson.
姓（セイ,Last name) (first column) ジャクソン
名（メイ,First name) (rear column) マイケル
I think the hotel address is fine.

Hello, I am back. I won a seat for the auction and received a confirmation email. However, when translating the email to English, I noticed the line below.

As I had stated in my original post, at one point there was a separate application process for foreigners but that link was not working. I used the Japanese version which I thought was open to everyone but now it seems like it's for Japanese only (not sure).

*Please note that if we cannot confirm that you are Japanese, you will not be able to watch the auction.

Anyone have any idea what's going on here?

It's not 「当」「日本人確認」 but 「当日」「本人確認」.

当日 [toujitsu]
: that day.

本人確認 [honnin-kakunin]
: to identify you (as the applicant who won the seat).

Bring your passport and a copy of that confirmation e-mail.
