JR Pass office hour in Narita and tokyo

HI,
I will arrive at Narita airport at December'24th 19.30pm. Is it possible to change my JR Pass at this hour? Till what time the JR Pass office open at Narita.and what time JR Pass office open in Tokyo, tks.

The Temporary Hours are listed as 9:30 to 17:00.
I will reach Narita Airport Terminal 2 about 6.35am. After clearing immigration and collection of my luggage, I guess I can leave the airport about 8am.

Is the advice to go to the JR Office to ask about changing my Exchange Order to the JR Pass?

Same, go to regular ticket counter near ticket gate.

"Temporary Hours" means just reduced hours of operation due to COVID‑19.
No explanation of the reason on the web page is not good tho,
but it doesnt change the fact that the ticket window will replace the other hrs.
