Shower rooms in shinjuku

I arrive at Tokyo by morning 10.00 am. Booked a night bus to kyoto same day. Looking out for shower rooms. Not sure if foriengn nationals are allowed to use internet cafes for rest and shower. If so is there availability for 2 members

Why not go to an onsen? I went to this one in Shinjuku once. Itfs not the best onsen in town but pretty decent: http://thermae-yu.jp/If you want to indulge, this one here would be my favorite. Itfs walkable from Sugamo or Komagome station and very nice: https://www.sakura-2005.com/There are many more. Also simple sentos. (In both cases I suspect that tattoos are banned)
