Vintage oldtimer motorcycles autojumble shows 2023/1/6 20:14
Hi all, I recently moved to Japan (Kyoto) for few years and I found it difficult online to understand where people go to buy vintage motorcycles / oldtimer or spare parts. In Europe or US you have many autojumble, swap meet or shows for this purpose. Can anybody help? Thanks a lot in advance and happy new year to you all

They may know.

But, Japan has a smaller rider population and fewer small independent motorcycle shops like in the past.
So, while such events have not completely disappeared, searching online is actually faster and more efficient.

This famous used/junk shop in Kakogawa, Hyogo pf.

Although it is in the Kanto region, there are swap meets mainly for cars at Oiso Long Beach and Atsugi Ayumi Bridge in Kanagawa Prefecture.
The entrance fee is 500 yen for men, and free for women and junior high school students and younger.

Reception for the tour starts at 5:00, and the peak time is around 7:00. Admission closes at 10:00. (Held from 6:00 to 12:00 until February)
A swap meet is also held at Lake Hamana.

The venue seems to be the parking lot opposite Lake Hamana, the boat race.
