I've been trying to purchase tickets for Blackpink's concert at Tokyo dome, however I can't continue the process with my phone number (I don't have a Japanese phone number).
How can foreigners purchase tickets? Is there another way?

Have you tried entering the number with g+country codeh added at the top?
They seem to require that everyone uses an electronic ticket app called AnyPass on their smartphone, and your ticket will be tied to the phone number you purchase with.
