Hi again, i have another question that if we want to travel with Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen, Is there non-reserved seats on the train line?

Yes, there are non-reserved cars on every shinkansen on all the lines.

No, several trains on other shinkansen lines do not have non-reserved seats, including the Hayabusa, Komachi and Tsubasa trains along the Tohoku Shinknasen and the Kagayaki trains along the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
