Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Pass in late Nov?

I�fm planning to fly into Nagoya airport and will explore the following places:
Inuyama
Magome/tsumago
Nagano (to travel to the snow monkey onsen)
Matsumoto (to explore the alpine route)
Kanazawa (will do a day trip to shiragawago and gokayama)
Osaka

I�fll most likely be there from 21st nov and would like to know if I can use the
Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass for the trip. I�fve checked that the alpine route from Dentetsu Toyama to Nagano will be opened from 15th April to 30th Nov 2023.
However, the date of validity for the Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass is not released yet.

I�fm also wondering if it�fs a bit risky to plan to explore the alpine route in late nov as it might get snowed in and we will not be able to go there. However, it seems like snowfall starts later in the past few years.

Is anyone able to advise on this?

Then probably this pass will be unavailable.
For 2022, the usage period was until November the 10th.

In November it seems better to go from Nagano (Ogizawa) side;
sections around Toyama (Tateyama) end may be closed due to snowfall.

we went on the 29/11/2018 . Last day it was open . At Murodo shops were closed or closing not all open .
We were delayed from Matsumoto due to snow on rail early morning , other than that ok . I would check forecast but hard to plan a month or more out

I guess late nov is not the best time to visit the alpine route... I might postpone the visit to next june instead.
