Wifi rental at NRT without booking

Hi,
does anybody knows if it is possible to rent a wifi router at Narita without previous booking?
Meaning, just to show up in the shop and rent one?

When I visited Japan, I couldn't never seem to find a rental place to get a sim card for my phone for wifi. I personally just ordered the wifi which they shipped the device to the post office inside of the airport and you can just pick it up there.
It was always very easy and convenient to do.

Considering that many of the international arrivals to Tokyo still land at Narita and there are many who will want to rent WiFi and haven't planned ahead, the chances of whatever rental companies which have offices at the airport may run out of devices. I would rent ahead and have it sent to the Post Office at either terminal.
