Parking in Yoshinoyama in April

Good afternoon
We live in Australia, and enjoyed visiting Yoshinoyama a few years ago
We will return in April 11 with a rental car.
My wife has mobility problems with bad knees and cannot walk for long distances.
I understand there are parking available at: 下千本駐車場.
Is it possible to reserve and pay for parking closer to 勝手神社? e.g. near 林とうふ店(上店), 吉野書画坊; 車田商店.

The parking lot seems to be managed by Hanayama Yamamoto （花山山本）on the other side of the road.

In 2022, the parking fee was 2,000 yen from March 26th to April 17th.
The 1st and 2nd Saturdays and Sundays of April are especially crowded, so there are cases where only sightseeing buses can park. In this case, customers with their own cars will park at the suburban parking lot（郊外駐車場） (paid) at the foot of Mt.Yoshino.
