Hi, I tried researching but was unable to find the answer online.
For luggage delivery, how would I know my hotel supports luggage delivery (both forwarding and receiving of luggage)? Any way to tell, besides asking the front desk on the day I reach the hotel?

You can e-mail the hotel directly and ask them if they offer Ta-Q-Bin service. If you keep the sentences short and simple, Google translate can suffice.
