Cabin luggage alpine route

Is cabin luggage less than 10kg allowed in the alpine route?

The alpine route? What do you mean? Is this a train, plane or something else? If you're asking about a specific luggage allowance, why not contact the company in which you're traveling with? They should have the weight that is acceptable or not.

I believe what he/she means is the Tateyama Alpine Route since that's the only Alpine Route in Japan.
^I'm not sure if small suitcases is allowed but big ones definitely are not allowed.
